When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of registration. Booths are confirmed once your payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email from our team.
What is the refund policy?
Expo registrations are non-refundable. If an event date changes, we will work with you to apply your booth to a rescheduled or alternate community.
How do I pay by check?
Select “Pay by Check” in the form. Mail your check to Total Health Systems, 6615 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., Ste. 422, Boynton Beach, FL 33437. We will confirm once the payment is received and deposited.
What are the setup logistics?
Vendor setup opens one hour before residents arrive. Each booth includes one 6’ table, chairs, power access upon request, and THS staff to help with load-in.
